On Tuesday, the mother-of-two took some time out to bond with her sons as she playfully chased them around the backyard of their home and she showed off her impressive body while at it.

The proud mother took to Instagram to share her outdoor adventure with her 19.6 million followers.

In the clip, Britney looked younger in dark green khaki shorts paired with a white wool crop top that featured ruffles at the arm, as she chased her boys around the backyard with their pet dog following behind them.

At the beginning of the video, Britney was calling her boys to play outside, while flaunting her taut tummy in the white crop top. Her sons, Sean Preston, 12, and Jayden James Federline, 11, initially refused to go outside but immediately switched playful kids ready to be chased by their famous mother.

The grateful mother captioned the video, and it read,

‘Nothing makes me happier as a mom than watching these boys grow and smile and laugh!!! They are my world, and I love days like this when we get just to run around and play together.’

The clip had over 6 million views in just two days, and several comments were praising Britney for her parenting skills.
