Video captured father's reaction to news of his first son
54-year-old Kennedy Zarour has been married two times. During his first relationship, he had twin girls. In the second one, he had three daughters
Knowing that all his previous children were girls, he and his wife, Natalie Zarour, thought that the baby they were expecting was also a girl. According to Today, they told the doctors not to reveal the gender of the baby until they were born.
While the C-section was taking place, Natalie was recording Kennedy. When the doctors told the couple that the baby was a boy, his reaction was priceless.
He stood up and started yelling clearly happy and excited. Kennedy even walked in circles in the delivery room while a doctor kept asking him to calm and sit down again.
Later, in a conversation he had with Today, he confessed that his reaction was 'a little insane.’ It was obvious that he did so because he was very excited about finally welcoming to the world a baby boy.
Apart from Ariana and Colette, his twin daughters, he also has Mia, Jolie, and Giselle. Little Gerard, who was born on March 8, 2017, at Hackensack University Medical Center in Westwood, New Jersey was the latest addition to the family.
Kennedy also admitted that if they had had another girl, he would have loved her as much as he loves Gerard, as well. The fact that it was a boy when he – and pretty much all his family – expected to be a girl was what made him react that way.
He confessed that his daughters were in love with the baby and that they didn’t leave him alone. Kennedy pointed out that it was just like if he was a little toy for them.
The proud father finally revealed that the hospital staff will never forget him as the nurses were pointing at him and saying: ‘that’s the guy!’ when he was leaving the medical center with his baby and wife.
