Claire Danes showed off her baby bump in a beautiful floral dress

Even though Claire Danes is pregnant at the moment, she is not taking much of a rest as she was present at a Q&A event in New York City on May 20.

The 39-year-old actress attended the Vulture Festival at Milk Studios to share a couple of details about her new movie, A Kid Like Jake, wherein she worked next to Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons,

According to Daily Mail, the film, which is expected to be released on June 1, will address the life of a couple whose 4-year-old son is more interested in fairy tale princesses than toy cars.

When they learned that the boy’s ‘phase’ was more than a phase, they were forced to rethink their roles as parents and spouses.

For the event, Danes put on a loose pink dress with a floral pattern. It had mid-length sleeves and a moderate neckline in a more vivid color that enhanced the rest of the number. Her big baby bump was the highlight of her outfit, though.

Apart from Danes and Parsons, 33-year-old writer Daniel Pearle and director Silas Howard were also present during the Questions and Answers event at the festival hosted by Vulture magazine and labeled as a ‘two-day pop culture extravaganza.’

Danes and her husband of almost a decade, 42-year-old Hugh Dancy, are expecting their second child. The couple already shares 5-year-old son Cyrus. Their love story began on the set of Evening in 2006 and only three years later, they announced their engagement.

Dancy and Danes walked down the aisle in 2009 in a secret ceremony held in France and they have been together ever since. A Kid Like Jake made its official debut at the Sundance Film Festival in January.

Octavia Spencer, Priyanka Chopra, Octavia Spencer, and Ann Down also worked with Danes and Parsons in the film.
