Duchess of Cambridge Kate’s passion for photography is well-known as she regularly shares pictures clicked by her on social media.

The official Instagram page of Kensington Palace has shared some adorable photos of her children, Princess Charlotte and Princes George and Louis.

Kate has broken several Royal traditions and one among that was in 2015 when she posted the first official portraits of her daughter.

She has chosen to capture some important family milestones herself. She has shared photos from her children’s birthdays and first days at school with the public.

Days after Prince William and Kate welcomed their third child, Prince Louis, their fans were treated to the baby’s first official portraits clicked by the Duchess herself.

Kate, who studied History of Art at university, is passionate about photography and this love blossomed long before she became a part of the family.

Her official profile mentions her love of taking pictures, while some of her other hobbies include hill walking, tennis, sailing, swimming, and painting.

The British Monarchy’s website revealed that she took photographs while she was working with Party Pieces, a company owned and run by her parents.

One of her most recent photos on Instagram is of Prince Louis. It was taken three days after his birth on April 26, 2018. The little Prince is photographed at Kensington Palace lying on his bed with his eyes wide open.

‘‪The Duke and Duchess would like to thank members of the public for their kind messages following the birth of Prince Louis, and for Princess Charlotte’s third birthday,’ read the caption accompanying the photo.

The second portrait had the newborn and his sister, Princess Charlotte, who had just then turned three. The birthday girl, in a blue cardigan. is seen kissing her baby brother on his forehead.

The 36-year-old Duchess marked a special day in her daughter’s life by sharing two images of the little Princess. It was Charlotte’s first day of nursery school and she was seen in a red coat with matching shoes and a pink cashmere scarf.

William and Kate’s second child joined Willcocks Nursery School in London at the start of 2018.

Another image had the little one walking down the stairs at Kensington Palace. The post revealed that the photos were taken by Kate herself before her daughter went to school.

Previously, the proud mother had shared a lovely photo of Charlotte to mark her second birthday. The photo was taken outdoors and has the little Princess in a yellow cardigan.

The parents also thanked those sent in their wishes on their daughter’s birthday. The photograph was taken in April 2017, in Norfolk.

About a year earlier, the official Instagram handle shared photos of Princess Charlotte on May 1, 2016. She was just 11 months old.

Another photo of Charlotte has her seated in her little chair at their home in Norfolk.

of the little girl standing next a chair was also shared on the same day and said they hoped everyone enjoyed the photographs as much as they do.

Another image that made it to their Instagram page was Charlotte playing in the gardens ahead of her first birthday. They wrote that they were happy to share some important family moments with their followers.

In January 2016, Duchess Kate also shared Prince George’s first day at nursery. He was seen with a tiny backpack standing in front of the mural on the outside of the nursery building.

In another photo, he is seen pointing at the wall of Westcare Montessori School in Norfolk.

Kate also holds the distinction of being the first member of the Royal family to take the first official photographs of a Royal baby when she posted photos of Princess Charlotte that clicked by her.

The first photograph that was released to the public was one where Prince George is holding his little sister at the family home, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk.

In November 2015, she shared new a photograph of Charlotte in which she is seen playing with a stuffed toy. It marked the celebration of six months of her arrival.

Hello Magazine quoted The Sun’s veteran Royal photographer, Arthur Edwards, saying, “Kate is genuinely good at taking portraits.”

The photographer, who has captured the lives of the British Royal family on camera for more than 40 years, said that Kate fills the frame and uses natural light well. He added that the photos of her children are simply amazing.
