Chaka Khan stuns in black bathrobe and lacy high heels in recent pic

The singer shared a photo of herself in nothing but a black satin robe and a pair of black heels, looking sultry.

Chaka Khan has been a powerhouse on the music scene since she burst onto it 40 years ago. Some of her hits include tunes like I'm Every Woman and Ain't Nobody.

She recently took to her Instagram account with a beautiful photo of herself.

The image shows the songstress relaxing on a luxurious armchair, wearing a short black sating robe witha plunging neckline and flirtatious hemline. She also appears to be wearing a pair of lacy black high heels to match the outfit.

Her red curls are lying loosely about her shoulders, framing her face perfectly. She also seems to be wearing minimal makeup, with just a hint of pink on her lips and black around her eyes.

"BEAUTIFUL DAY," she captioned the post.

The singer has had a career that has spanned almost five decades, and shared with MTV UK that she loves to touch the audience: Both figuratively and literally.

"When I played Ronnie Scott's it was so intimate, I could really reach out, and physically touch people," she told the publication.

She also shared that sometimes she does get bored of her own music, but enjoys the challenge of trying to keep things fresh and interesting, even with everyone's old favorites.

As for her wardrobe, Khan likes big, bold colors like reds and purples, and shies away from soft pastels.

On the weekends when she isn't scheduled to appear, the singer enjoys doing absolutely nothing with her time, and even confessed she has questioned her career choices from time to time with the way the music industry changes.
