Tia and Tamera Mowry rock long afro hair and identical outfits in throwback picture from 3rd grade
Tia Mowry shared an adorable throwback photo of her and sister Tamera on Instagram, showing off their matching outfits and afro hairstyles when they were younger.
Tia and Tamera share a sister bond that has been built through the years, especially after they've worked together on different projects in the '90s.
However, what the sisters are most known for are for their hit TV show "Sister, Sister", and later on their reality TV show "Tia and Tamera" when they were a bit older.
Although the sisters have gone their separate ways and have started their own families, they are still close to one another and keep in touch frequently.
Last weekend, Tia shared a touching throwback photo of the two sisters flashing their biggest smiles while posing for the camera. In the snap, both Tia and Tamera donned long afro hairstyles, while sporting the same plaid polo shirts and pink shorts for their day out.
Tia managed to share with her fans a bit of details regarding the photo, saying that it was taken when the two sisters were in 3rd grade. She also proudly shared that the curly hair fans could see in the snap are actually their natural curly hair, something they continue to have up until today.
"#FBF side by side with our hair blowing in the wind. 3rd grade! #twins #photography Ps. And yes that’s all our hair! #naturalhair#curlyhair"
Tia Mowry is now happily married to Cory Hardrict, and the couple share two kids together. They just welcomed their second child and first daughter into the world earlier in May, and also have their first born son Cree Hardrict, 6. Tia's twin Tamera has also been married since 2011 to Adam Housley, and the pair shares children Aden and Ariah Housley.
