Jordin Sparks steals hearts with photo of one-month-old son smiling in his sleep

Singer and actress Jordin Sparks, who won the sixth season of American Idol in 2007, took to her Instagram account to share a photo of her smiling son.

In the photo, the 1-month-old baby named Dana Isaiah Thomas Jr. was shown sleeping on his mother’s belly wearing nothing but a white onesie. Even though the simple fact of seeing the baby sleeping was cute, he was slightly smiling, which was even better.

As soon as she uploaded that photo, her fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user @igotplans2, who commented that they had never seen such a happy baby nor one who started smiling at that age.

Apart from that, user @la_lavish_305 commented that the fact that Dana Jr. was smiling in his sleep only meant that he was living his life at its best already.

According to ET Online, Dana Jr. was born on May 2. He became the first child that Jordin and Dana Isaiah Sr. welcomed to their family, and the couple cannot be happier for that.

Dana Sr. and Jordin revealed that they secretly got married in July 2017 in Hawaii, surprising most of their fans. Later, in November 2017, the news of Jordin’s pregnancy was shared by People.

It was surprising even for the couple as they had been married only for a month when Jordin got pregnant. Thankfully, they managed to quickly embrace the fact that they would welcome a baby to the world and made all the arrangements to provide him with the best he would need.

Only three days after giving birth, Jordin attended the Show Dogs, wherein she had a short conversation with ET Online. In it, she pointed out that the couple had been waiting for holding Dana Jr. in their arms and staring at him.

Apart from that, Jordin confessed that he was cute, calm, and that he ‘does have some lungs.’ She finally joked saying that the baby might be a singer when he gets older.
