Her post consisted of a two-image slideshow. The first photo was taken quite close to her, showing in detail her orange lipstick and hairdo, which consisted of high bun. Apart from that, her big, rounded earrings and the upper part of her dress were also portrayed.

In the second photo, however, the gown was on full display. It was a black number that had a white and orange section around Ross’ chest. The aspect that attracted more attention of it was the see-through piece of clothing that covered the front and the back of the dress.

That section had several geometric figures in different colors including gold, silver, and fuchsia. Finally, she chose a simple yet classy white clutch that was the perfect combination of her outfit.

Ross wrote in the caption that she was glad to receive the Style Ambassador Award from the Ace Awards and listed all people who worked on her outfit.

Thanks to that list, people could know that it was a Germanier dress, that her jewelry was chosen by Lynn Ban, her hair was styled by Chuck Amos, and her clutch was selected from Tyler Ellis.

As soon as Ross uploaded that photo, her fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user @island_kin, who confessed that it might be the most beautiful dress she had ever seen.

Ross is not only known for Girlfriend as she has been working in the highly successful TV series Black-ish since 2014. In the show, Ross portrays Dr. Rainbow ‘Bow’ Johnson, one of the principal characters.

Thanks to her outstanding performance on Black-ish, she has won three NAACP Image Awards and a Golden Globe Award, reported Daily Mail.

At the moment, all her efforts are focused on the series, which might be one of the reasons why it has garnered so much audience.
