Jennifer Lopez's twins aren’t babies anymore, and they look like parents’ spitting image

Jennifer Lopez and her former husband Marc Anthony became parents to the twins Emme and Maximilian back in 2008. Although Lopez seldom shares photos of her children, she recently posted an adorable snap of the two.

Seeing the 10-year-old twin siblings as they look in the present, it is impossible not to notice the uncanny resemblance the young children bear to their parents, and the many followers of Lopez have been commenting it.

From the photo Lopez shared on her Instagram on May 31, one can clearly tell that little Emme looks very much like her mother, while Maximilian is the spitting image of Marc Anthony

‘They are so adorable. Your son looks like there dad, and your daughter looks like you,’ wrote one of Lopez’s followers on Instagram.

As La Opinión shared, when the twins turned 9 years old on February 17, 2017, the World of Dance star dedicated them a lovely message in the social network.

‘I can’t believe it’s 9 years ago today that God entrusted me with the biggest blessings of my life... he finally sent me my beautiful twins, my babies, my love and life in two ‘lil human beings,’ Lopez began.

‘I immediately felt bonded, protective, overwhelmed with emotion and like the luckiest woman on this earth. And I’ve felt that way every day since. You make me proud every single moment of every single day!’ the singer continued.

It is common to every parent to feel like their children are growing too fast, and in the case of Emme and Max, who have grown up in the public view, it is a feeling shared by thousands.

The twins are the living example of the popular saying: ‘Like father, like son.’ And, to be fair, in this case, ‘Like mother, like daughter.’
