Chris Brown reportedly slammed with restraining order by woman

Brown is fighting another legal battle with a woman he now claims he doesn't know after she accused him of hitting and stalking her.

Chris Brown has been accused of striking and stalking a woman who now filed for a restraining order against him. This news comes in the heels of a sexual battery lawsuit filed on him in May.

The singer is in another legal jam, and he’s been ordered by the courts to stay away from a woman named Cassandra Rose Holland. According to the documents obtained by The Blast, Brown was accused of “hitting” the woman during a party, in addition to stalking her.

In response, the Los Angeles County Superior Court has asked Brown to temporarily stay 100 yards away from Holland, pending a hearing on July 3.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos has issued a statement to the New York Daily News on the 29-year-old’s behalf claiming his client didn’t even know Holland who seems to be having mental issues.

“This is sad because it’s obviously the disjointed ranting of someone Chris doesn’t know who has mental health issues.”

He added,

“Perhaps the court may want to engage their mental health department.”

This is the second time in recent months that the R&B singer finds himself in hot water involving a woman. Back in May, he was also named in a sexual battery lawsuit filed by a “Jane Doe.” She claimed the star imprisoned her in his home, kept her from using her cellphone and allowed her to be raped twice by one of his acquaintances. Doe also accused brown of wielding a weapon in his home and supplying alcohol and drugs to his guests. The incident is currently under investigation and is awaiting the District Attorney’s consideration.

Brown’s list of troubles doesn’t end there. In fact, the singer has been hounded with legal problems throughout his career. He plead guilty in 2009 for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. He was also requested by the courts last year to stay away from his other ex, Kerrueche Tran, who accused him of threatening to kill her and assaulting her in earlier years.
