Swizz Beatz made sure to thank his dad for his life this father's day, posting a sweet tribute on his Instagram page. The entrepreneur shared old black and white film shots of his father, adding a thoughtful caption to top it all off.

Swizz, born Kasseem Dean in real life, grew up with his mom after his parents got divorced while he was still young. His father was an immigrant from Eritrea, whom he did not see much when he was younger. Now a music producer, rapper, fashion designer, shoe designer, art collector and painter all at once, he has definitely embodied the hustling spirit of the Bronx, his hometown.
