The couple who celebrated their 30th year of marriage recently has been a fixture on television for several years now and they’ve been an inspiration to many. Seemingly attached to the hip in almost every project they do, they can finish each other’s sentences, make each other laugh and utterly enjoy each other’s company whether on or off the red carpet.

Greeting his wife after three decades of bliss, David shared a photo from their wedding day in 1988 and penned a message commemorating that happy moment when his wife said “I do.”

“30 years ago today you said yes and made me the happiest man on earth I can’t put in to words how much I Love you Tam I’m great full to do LIFE WITH YOU . HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MY LOVE.”

The couple met in high school with Tamela teaching David and his group members to sing. But from David’s point of view, this was the short story,

“One day I looked into her eyes and she kissed me on my lips. That is the short version of it.”
