Woman explains in detail how to identify an extreme narcissist
Dr. Marcia Sirota published an article revealing how one can identify the narcissist people and what the traits of extreme narcissism are.
According to the article, a narcissist is a person who is unable to be empathetic toward another and feel superior. They see other people either as someone who helps them to get what they want or prevent them from getting what they want.
An extreme narcissist cannot truly love. They can try to act like they love but they can never show those feelings for real. They can easily use other people but seldom care about them.
These kind of people are also incapable of forming a meaningful relationship or attachment because they believe that everyone is expendable and interchangeable, depending upon their own needs at any given moment

Interestingly, narcissists feel 'inadequate and insecure' on the inside, Dr. Sirota noted. For this reason, they tend to be extremely sensitive and get easily offended.

They also have a tremendous need to be admired and adored by everyone. Being challenged or questioned is something that they cannot tolerate. That's why a narcissist's partner might always feel a need to coddle them and prevent them from feeling bad.

In terms of seeking out partners, an extreme narcissist with sufficient wealth or power might also look for a spouse who would make them look good to others.

She explained that extreme narcissist goes through their spouses like they go through any other possessions in their life. They might go for a partner who can give them a strategic advantage in their social or business dealings.
Regarding personal life, Dr. Sirota explained that extreme narcissists might show themselves to be charming superficially to people outside their family. At home, however, they show a different side to their personality.
