Mathew Knowles’ younger wife stuns in blue wedding dress in vow renewal video

Matthew Knowles is a two-time husband to Gena Avery after sharing a video of their renewal of vows recently. The couple re-wed against the backdrop of sand and sea and appeared destined for forever as they walked hand-in-hand and smiled lovingly to each other. Gina was a stunning bride in blue.

Matthew Knowles has released a lovely video of his renewal of vows with his wife Gena Avery who stunned in a light blue ruffled dress. The couple celebrated their 5th year anniversary as husband and wife by jetting off to a “secret location” and reaffirming their love for each other.

The father of singer Beyonce revealed his plans to remarry his realty agent wife in another video he shared a week ago. He announced they were leaving that day to a location he preferred not to disclose to renew their vows after five years of marital bliss.

The 66-year-old was also out to prove his detractors were wrong saying,

“Although some people gave us six months, it’s been a wonderful, incredible, loving five years.”.

The song ‘Truly’ by Lionel Richie was the track Matthew used as background music for the slideshow he shared from his second wedding to Gena. His bride was blushing in a long, light blue off-the-shoulder dress with thin straps. The figure-hugging dress showcased her curves and cleavage and had ruffles in the arms and its lower half. Gena beamed as she held her husband’s hand walking along a sandy beach with flowers in hand.

Matthew was dressed in all-white, appearing in love and content to be reaffirming his love to his wife. The couple toasted champagne and shared a beautiful photo looking out into the vast ocean relishing their quiet moment together.

Matthew first wed Gena on June 30, 2013, without the presence of his two daughters Beyonce and Solange whose mother was his first wife, Tina Knowles. He was married to Tina for 31 years before she found out her husband was cheating on her with Alexsandra Wright who also had a son, Nixon, with him.

Matthew’s renewal of vows comes in the heels of Beyonce’s own vow renewal earlier this year celebrating her 10th year anniversary with Jay-Z. The couple secretly re-wed and surprised fans with footages from the ceremony during the opening show of their ongoing ‘On The Run II’ tour.
