The 19-year-old Irish student handed the gift to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as the couple met with well-wishers at the Trinity College in Dublin, where tourists and students flocked to meet and greet the couple.

That gift is a framed sketch of the couple's official engagement photograph.

Speaking to Irish Examiner, Mullins recalled how surprised and pleased the royal couple were when they saw the sketch.

Other fans praised Mullins for her artwork.

"Oh my gosh! Absolutely stunning work. It may seem silly but I'm crying happy tears for you! What an exquisite gift from you and a true honor for you. Amazing! God bless. You're beautiful and gifted," Cynthia Dee commented on Mullins's Instagram post.

Others also expressed amusement seeing the royal couple's adorable reaction when seeing the framed sketch of their official engagement photo.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, on May 19, 2018.
