Madonna shares rare photo of all six children together
Madonna, one of the most recognizable faces and voices in the music industry, recently visited the Mercy James Center for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care with her family.
The 59-year-old, who has been living in Portugal since 2017, flew to Blantyre, in Malawi, to celebrate the first anniversary of the medical center, which was named after one of her adopted daughters.
The pop icon couldn't help but share a sneak peek of the trip with her millions of fans and followers on Instagram by posting a photo of herself and her six children smiling to the camera.
Madonna is the biological mother of 21-year-old Lourdes Leon and 17-year-old Rocco Ritchie, and adopted 12-year-old David and Mercy, as well as 5-year-old twins Esther and Stella.

The proud mother opted for a blue and white striped dress with red detailing, as well as a see-through sun hat. She wore her hair in long and plaited pigtails and had her neck, fingers and wrists adorned by several pieces of jewelry.
While Madonna looked great in her choice of outfit, she had to ditch it and replace it with scrubs in order to be able to visit some of the children under the care of the Center.
Her children also looked quite smart for the occasion: David sported a black sweater and white shirt while Lourdes chose a miniskirt, a black top and a cardigan.
Rocco kept it cool with a black hoodie and jeans as he was photographed with an arm around Mercy, who was wearing a black and white dress. As for the twins, they wore matching sundresses and yellow cardigans.
Prior to her trip to Malawi, Madonna was spotted wearing a white shirt that read 'I love my kids' while riding a bike through London with her family and friends.
