Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx were again spotted on a date despite breakup rumors

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx put to rest the rumors surrounding their love life when they stepped out for a dinner date.

E News reported that the low-key couple was out for dinner in New York City on July 16, 2018.

Reports had emerged last month claiming that the two had gone their way. However, Holmes and Foxx proved that it was just a rumor as they were seen in midtown Manhattan.

The couple was on another private date, arriving together in a limo SUV to A-list favorite, Tao.

An eyewitness said that the Oscar-winning actor helped Holmes step down from their car.

She was dressed for the summer night out in an off-the-shoulder white eyelet crop top and couple it with matching shorts and a pair of heeled sandals.

The mother-of-one accessorized with a red Christian Dior bag. Foxx, on the other hand, sported a polo, white pants, and shades.

The couple walked into the restaurant with some distance between each other, though they sat together in a dark area at the back of the restaurant.

The source revealed that Holmes and Foxx went unnoticed in the crowded eatery. About an hour and a half later, the two stars left the restaurant using different exits.

The couple seemed happy to be in each other’s company which dismissed all the rumors swirling around the private couple.

Holmes’ representatives also called the story ‘100 percent untrue,’ though they have stayed away from discussing their relationship in public.

They have even kept their joint appearances to a minimum with their occasional dinner date nights. The couple was last spotted in Manhattan for a meal at Nobu in April 2018.

Holmes and Foxx have been linked for years and their PDA-filled Labor Day celebration in 2017 revealed that the two were together.

A source had confirmed that Holmes and Foxx plan to keep their relationship private as it worked for them. They prefer to stay out of the public view and were comfortable that way.

The insider said, “They aren’t together 24/7, and they spend time apart. They both travel and have lives outside of each other but they are very happy with this arrangement and to be together when they can be.”
