Reasonover has appeared in three episodes of NCIS. She was once brought in by Gibbs (Mark Harmon) after Sciuto left the show to help out on a case.

‘Queue (sic) @DionaReasonover! We are so excited to welcome you full-time to season 16 of #NCIS as forensic scientist, Kasie Hines!’

Deadline reported that Hines called Sciuto to get her blessing before joining the team on a temporary basis. Hines, just like Sciuto, has her own distinct personality.

Reasonover is a veteran of the CBS family with a background in comedy. She wrote and performed during the 2014 CBS Diversity Showcase and served as head writer in 2015
