Lance Gross steals hearts with close-up photo of smiling, newborn son in tiny cap

Actor and model Lance Gross, best known as Calvin Payne in Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, used his Instagram account to share a photo of his son, Lennon Lorin Gross.

In the image, which was uploaded on July 18, baby Lennon was portrayed laying down on a bed while wearing a white beanie and being covered by a blue blanket all the way up to his neck.

One of the most impressive aspects of the image was that Lennon’s eyes were wide open looking directly at the camera with a funny smirk on his face. Lance captioned his post by writing: ‘LL Kool G,’ referring to Lennon.

Finally, the actor and proud father thanked the ‘super talented’ photographer in charge of the photo shoot, Patty Othon.

As soon as that picture was uploaded, Lance’s fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user Miyoshi Shanae Bates, who admitted that all the sweetness in the world was captured in the photo.

That image was shared a couple of days after Lance revealed the boy’s name as well as a few other details of his birth on Instagram.

He uploaded a picture that consisted of a black background with a message written in white. It had ‘Lennon Lorin Gross’ and ‘7 – 10 – 18 2:20 am,’ revealing that it was the baby’s name and the exact date and time when he was born.

The actor also tagged his wife, Rebecca Gross, in his post. For the caption, Lance admitted that he celebrated his birthday on July 8 and now, two days later, he is celebrating his son’s birth.

As Celebritist previously reported, Rebecca gave birth only two months after she and Lance went to Antelope Canyon in Arizona for a photo shoot session that portrayed the mother and her baby bump next to the beautiful scenery.

The sandstone walls of the canyon surrounding Rebecca provided a dramatic yet astonishing aspect to the photos.

Apart from Lennon, the couple has a daughter, almost four-year-old Berkeley Brynn Gross.
