Actress and comedian Sherri Shepherd, best known for Less than Perfect, took to Instagram to share photos in the set of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

The post consisted of a collage of three images showing Sherri wearing a wonderful sleeveless yellow dress that had an opening in the middle of the chest, revealing her cleavage.

Apart from her dress and her beautiful makeup, Sherri chose bright blue high heels that were the perfect combination for the outfit. In the caption, the actress tagged all the people who helped her look that beautiful and admitted that she had a blast.

As soon as Sherri shared the post, her fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

One of them was Instagram user @newman5033, who pointed out that the actress looked pretty and that she was glowing. User Sheryl Marrow chimed in and said that she loved her yellow dress.

Even though her outfit was beautiful, the main reason why Sherri looked that good is that she has been losing weight for a long time already. As Celebritist previously reported, several family members have gotten diabetes, so doctors told her that she was predisposed to suffering from the same.

However, she wasn’t ready to give up on her eating and exercising habits yet. Things changed when doctors told her that if she kept gaining weight and eating her favorite meals (pancakes and syrup), the chances of losing a foot, or even not being next to her son Jeffrey, would increase.

That rude awakening took place in 2011, and ever since, she has been eating in a healthier way and exercising on a daily basis.

By 2013, she had lost more than 60 pounds after cutting out pasta, pancakes, cereals, and anything else with sugar in it.

The actress added that she always carries apples and peanut butter in her handbag as a way to avoid eating snacks or other unhealthy processed foods.
