Gospel singer Tasha Cobbs warms hearts with pic of grown son on his 12th birthday

Tasha Cobbs made sure to greet her grown son on his 12th birthday, expressing just how much she loved him on social media.

Tasha's son Nehemiah is a grown-up 12-year-old, and his mom couldn't help but share with the world all his great qualities. In her Instagram greeting, Tasha made sure to acknowledge how great her son has been growing up, proving to be a good leader and follower of Christ.

"It’s a Holiday!!! Help me wish our Son, the prophet, Nehemiah, a Very Happy Birthday! I Love you Ne and I’m so proud of the great leader you are becoming! I believe this year is going to be your greatest so far!!! Welcome to TWELVE!!!!!"

While Tasha gave birth to her son in 2006, she got married to the love of her life, Kenneth Leonard, in 2017.

According to Essence, the Grammy Award-winning Gospel singer and her music producer husband exchanged vows over one weekend, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Their guests thought that they were about to attend a private dinner party, but they ended up witnessing a very special and serene union of two in-love people.

Well-known for her song "Break Every Chain" which is responsible for Grammy for Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music Performance in 2014, she posted photos from her surprise wedding on Instagram.

After their wedding, Cobb has welcomed Leonard's three children in her life, taking on the role of being their stepmother. Likewise, her husband has accepted the role of being Ne's stepfather, and they are now a blended family - and proud! After their wedding ceremony, she proudly shared a photo of her and her new husband and their children, and they looked happy to be together.
