On Instagram, Kenya has been showing off the progress of her baby bump growth, clearly overjoyed about her being a first-time mom. However, she ensures her fans that she is not on the pregnancy journey alone, and is being taken cared of and supported every step of the way by her loving husband Marc.

"So happy to share this journey with my love. The ultrasounds, the mood swings, seeing our baby moving and dancing, and the laughs. Wouldn't want to do this with anyone else."

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star previously announced her pregnancy during the 10th finale of her hit Bravo series in March, and while many were doubtful that she was actually pregnant and thought she was doing it to get viewers to tune in to their show, it seems that what she announced are 100% facts.

Since breaking the news, Moore, 47, has proudly been sharing some precious pregnancy moments, much to the delight of her fans. What makes her pregnancy journey so particularly interesting is due to her age. Not many people are able to conceive at such an old age, and a pregnancy such as hers is extremely dangerous and intriguing to follow.

However, it seems everything is going well for the lovely couple, who recently announced that their baby is alive and kicking. In a heart-melting tribute to her future child, she shared the indescribable feeling she felt when the doctor had told her that their baby was doing well inside her womb.

"This has got to be the most amazing feeling any first time mother can have. Thinking of where my life was before I met my husband. Now I have a baby on the way and a man who truly loves me. NEVER ever give up on your dreams! "

As previously reported on Essence, the happy couple, who wed earlier this year, conceived their child through InVitro Fertilization or IVF.
