Lauren gave birth to Ada James Akins on August 12, 2017.

The mother posted the video of her two daughters' first meeting nine days after her delivery.

"I know every one is wondering about WG (Willa Gray) and AJ (Ada James) and how they're doing together. Honestly it's taken WG a little bit of adjusting and she's been staying with family and friends off and on especially when Thomas Rhett leaves because it's impossible for me to recover, take care of our 2 pups and a newborn and a 21-month old all at the same time," part of her caption reads.

The photo has been viewed more than 1.6 million times.

In February that year, Lauren and the Die A Happy Man singer, who married in 2012, announced that they were expecting a child and also adopting another.

They made the announcement on Instagram. Under a photo of themselves holding golden balloons shaped BABY, Lauren wrote: "Our hearts are exploding with happiness for y'all to meet our new baby who we are bringing home from Africa soon, who is also going to have a little brother or sister because SUPRISE! - there's a sweet baby in my belly too."

The post has earned more than 300,000 likes.

Later, Thomas brought Willa to the stage in one of his concerts. He posted a photo of himself holding Willa while on stage.

"The coolest thing ever," the 28-year-old country music star captioned the photo, which has been liked 217,000 times.
