'Boy Meets World' co-stars reunited at Matthew Lawrence and Cheryl Burke's engagement party
A recent social media photo of Matthew Lawrence posing with his former co-star Ben Savage is like a blast from the past for Boy Meets World fans.
Last week, actor Matthew Lawrence and professional dancer Cheryl Burke celebrated their engagement party in Los Angeles.
Among the guests at the star-studded events was actor Ben Savage, who was one of Lawrence’s co-stars on the 90s’ hit television series Boy Meets World.
Savage posted a photo of himself with Lawrence at the party, captioning it with a congratulatory message for the couple.
Savage, who played the role of Cory Matthews on Boy Meets World, looked dashing as he stood next to the newly engaged Lawrence, who played Jack Hunter.

37-year-old Savage was known for his portrayal of the main character in the series, and his onscreen character had gained tremendous popularity among the teenagers of the 1990s.
Savage and Lawrence have seldom been clicked together since the series ended in the year 2000, and the recent photo captured the very same chemistry that was once loved by TV audiences.
The engagement party was hosted by former Dancing With The Stars couple Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson Herjavec.
Burke, who also rose to fame with her dance performances on the contest, took to social media to write a heartfelt note about the engagement weekend.
Burke shared that even after the celebrations were over, she had been envisioning the wonderful weekend that was spent in the presence of family and close friends.
She also gave her stepfather a special mention, highlighting that she called her ‘Dad,’ since he has been a great father to her. Burke stated that he had given the best speech at the engagement wedding.
While Lawrence was seen having a great time with his new fiancé and his friends, the presence of his friend and former co-star Savage seemed to be the icing on the cake.
