Melanie Griffith stuns fans with her new look
Acclaimed actress Melanie Griffith is causing an uproar online after new images of a recent photo shoot was shared on Instagram.
Laura Brown, the editor-in-chief at InStyle Magazine, uploaded one of the photos yesterday, showing Griffith wearing a figure-hugging black dress with plunging neckline.
Her blonde tresses were swept back, and her makeup was kept to a minimum while she accessorized with studded diamond earrings.

In the caption, Brown wrote that it's Griffith birthday and said one of the many reasons she loves her is because of Griffith chose "Working [expletive]" as the title of her autobiography.
It was also the 30-year anniversary of the release of "Working Girl," Griffith's claim-to-fame.
Griffith also shared a photo on Instagram, writing in the caption that her "cool friend [Laura Brown] asked [her] to be in September issues of [InStyle Magazine.]" She added:
"And she also has the sweetness to have it come out today on my birthday."
Some of the critics couldn't contain themselves on Twitter, with Ranelle saying "she looks like a whole different person," while Rachel said she didn't recognize her.
Kate Larkworthy announced: "New facelift!" while Merowyn added that it is "simply outrageous how much Photoshop was used." She asked:
"Is there something wrong with looking older? Who will believe that her [...] neckline look like she's 20?"
Monica Silva concurred, saying, "there's a lot of Photoshop happening in there!" She also wanted to know if the editing was to compensate for all the botox.
Fans of Griffith can look forward to her upcoming film project. She will both star in and produce "Akil," a drama following the tale of a young boy who flees to Africa.
Her ex-husband, Antonio Banderas, will join the project in the capacity of director.
