Supermodel-turned-supermom Heidi Klum, 52, made a jaw-dropping entrance at the inaugural Heidifest in Munich, Germany, on September 18, 2025 — stepping out in full Bavarian regalia.

Hosting the celebration at the historic Hofbräuhaus, she marked the occasion with a head-turning look. Draped in a vivid red dirndl complete with a structured bodice, puffed white sleeves, matching red heels, and a crown of red roses, Heidi fully embraced the traditional dress — and her German heritage — as she strutted the red carpet like it was a couture runway.

However, the debut event wasn't just a cultural celebration — it was a deeply personal milestone for the model, who brought together music and television industry names alongside her nearest and dearest, including husband Tom Kaulitz, his twin brother Bill, and her mother Erna.

But the real stars of the evening? Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou — the supermodel's four children — who joined her in matching traditional wear. Leni echoed her mother's fashion finesse in a crisp white dirndl with a square neckline and puffed sleeves.

Lou stunned in a pale blue corseted dirndl topped off with a floral headpiece. Meanwhile, Johan and Henry donned embroidered lederhosen and tailored vests, finishing off the look with wide-brimmed hats and polished footwear that gave them a sharp, classic edge.

Together, the family formed a unified front of fashion and festivity, underscoring not just the event's vibe — but its deeper cultural resonance for Heidi.

Praise Pours In – But Not Everyone Is Convinced All Is Well in Klum-Land

The heartwarming family affair didn't go unnoticed by fans online. One person shared, "I liked it very much. Great job Heidi 🥰 a great family," while another added, "Good looking family!" A third typed, "Nice it brings the whole family together 🥰."

Some praised Heidi for her creativity, with several others noting that she always manages to come up with something new and memorable. A handful of viewers also highlighted the "great" energy of the event.

Some described it as a refreshing change from the usual news cycle, calling it a fun, lighthearted moment that encouraged joy and celebration.

Still, not all responses were glowing. One viewer remarked, "I think this family is really great but I always feel like some of their kids aren't as happy [sic]. You always see Heidi with Leni, but never the other daughter with her."

Others echoed similar sentiments, with a few suggesting that Leni appeared less engaged than the rest of the family. Another netizen commented, "She really got beautiful kids I don't like her myself [sic]," a sentiment that was mirrored by a couple of more critical voices.

From Breast Pumps to Red Carpets – Heidi's Enduring Role as Mother Takes Center Stage

While Heidi's striking appearance at Heidifest made headlines, her most enduring role continues behind the scenes — as a mother. She welcomed Henry, Johan, and Lou, with her ex-husband, Seal, during the early years of "Project Runway."

The supermodel recalled balancing the chaos of filming with the grit of motherhood, even reminiscing how Michael Kors once told her to "go pump" after leaking breast milk on set. Leni, born from a previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, was later adopted by Seal.

Despite raising four children through the height of her career, Heidi has never strayed far from her family's needs. The German star has always been the one to "place herself at the back of the line," describing how she's still happiest being the one cooking, grilling, or welcoming her children's friends home.

"I love having a house where they feel safe," she shared. "For me, it's always the more, the merrier."

Body Confidence, Family Bonding, and the Backlash That Comes With It

Never one to shy from the spotlight — or criticism — Heidi's open parenting style sparked conversation in 2023 when she and Leni appeared together in a lingerie campaign that some called too intimate. But the supermodel stood her ground. "I'm proud of my daughter," she stated. "She's fine with me like that."

She added that body confidence was always part of her household, from sunbathing topless in the backyard to feeling at ease in her own skin — lessons she believes her children have taken to heart.

However, even with her kids now older, Heidi admits the anxiety of motherhood never ends. "You hope the seed you planted in them grows. That they're good people. That they're healthy. But you always worry. And I know I'll still be worrying when I'm 80," she shared.

Today, the German icon plays mentor and sounding board, especially as her children begin building careers of their own. Leni stepped into modeling at 16, while Henry recently made his runway debut in Paris, earning a spot at NEXT Management and impressing with both his looks and his character.

“Sometimes someone will come to me and say, 'I just met your son. He is the kindest, nicest young man.' That makes me feel good," she shared. "Because no one has to say that."

And now, even her sage advice is finally being heard — albeit with a smirk. "Sometimes [Leni] will say, 'Maybe I should have listened to my mom four years ago,'" Heidi noted. "When you're young, being cool is everything. So maybe mom's advice doesn't always feel cool at the time."
