Its that time of the year when producers and networks are boosting the forthcoming seasons of their shows, and that goes for the "Chicago" franchise series too.

Instead of posting teasers fraught with tension and hinting at the forthcoming plot twists, Wolf Films put the star-studded casts of "Chicago Fire", "Chicago PD" and "Chicago Med" in front of the cameras, auditioning some very special extras.

In the piece posted on Youtube, a casting director asks actors Miranda Rae Mayo, Yaya DaCosta, Jesse Lee Soffer and Jason Beghtol help “audition” some dogs for the new season, and of course, the fluffy fur-babies steal the scene.

The casting director addresses "Chicago Fire"‘s Miranda Rae Mayo, "Chicago Med"‘s Yaya DaCosta, and "Chicago PD" stars Jesse Lee Soffer and Jason Beghe and tells them he wants to see the "chemistry" between them and a litter of adorable white puppies.

Each of the actors then speaks to his or her own personal favorite, and the "dialogues" are priceless.

DaCosta tells her serious looking pup that she hopes that he is good at "fetching" because she will be needing lots of help on the new episodes of "Chicago Med."

Mayo sternly tells her adorable dog that he will have a lot to live up to if he hopes to be a true member of "Chicago Fire."

Soffer gently explains to his puppy that he will be bringing in some much needed "youth" since his "Chicago PD" co-star Beghe is getting long in the tooth.

Beghe sternly interrogated his puppy, extolling him to admit that "you planted the drugs on Ramirez! ADMIT IT!"

The other actors watched laughing, and Soffer cautioned him that his frightened puppy was bound to pee on the couch.

The clip ends in a love fest, with the actors clearly adoring the interaction with the sweet puppies and demanding that each show have one of the dogs as a mascot.
