The poor bee had its wings covered in layers of honey and couldn’t spread them apart.

Peter Walkosz, a beekeeper, captured the special moment at his hometown in Michigan.

Walkosz said he saw the bee fall into the honey extractor and he quickly brought the bee close to the entrance of its hive.

After leaving the bee close to the beehive, other bees were quick to fly in and help their sister.

They helped the poor bee and started cleaning her, removing the honey from its wings.

Speaking with UNILAD, Walkosz said they are beekeepers in a small town in South West Michigan.

He shared that he was harvesting honey when the poor bee fell into the honey extractor. He knew if he didn’t do something, the bee would die.

He decided to rescue the bee and placed it by the hive entrance. Walkosz knew other bees would help it and decided to capture the moment with a camera.

It took thirty minutes for the bees to remove all the honey off of the wings.

After the successful rescue mission, the messy bee flew away.

Walkosz shared that their small farm is situated inside a blueberry field “where bees have lots of flowers to pollinate.”

He added, “They produce amazing honey from blueberries in the springtime that has a rich dark color.”

According to the WWF, there are more than 1,500 species of insect pollinations in the United Kingdom.

They wrote, “Including the honey bee that normally lives in hives managed by beekeepers. Others, like many species of bumblebees, solitary bees, moths, butterflies and hoverflies live in the wild.”

They said all species have an important role in keeping the ecosystem healthy and they are also “essential for food production.”

Supposedly, more than 75% of the food crops in the globe rely on pollination.

Meanwhile, a dog became viral after saving a poor girl who was knocked over by strong waves at the beach.
