Beyoncé's mom posts throwback photo of the star's childhood to celebrate her 37th birthday

Proud mother Tina Knowles Lawson took to social media to share an adorable picture of her singing sensation daughter Beyonce on the occasion of her 37th birthday.

Lawson shared on Instagram a classic photograph of a 4-month-old Beyonce along with a heartfelt caption stating her love for her daughter and her pride at being her mother.

‘Happy Birthday to the nicest, owner of the most beautiful, generous, loving hearts ever !!!! Brilliant too! Always thinking, planning, analyzing, strategizing, how you can make everything you touch better!’ she began her caption.

She further talked about her immense pride at being “chosen by God” to be the star’s mother. Lawson is also a proud parent to Solange Knowles.

Speaking about her two children, she stated that the two best days of her life were the days when Beyonce and Solange entered the world. ‘It is a privilege to have carried you two in this body,’ she further wrote on her Instagram post.

Remembering the day her daughters were born, Lawson also stated that she couldn’t control her ‘excitement and pride and the all encompassing love’ which she felt for them.

She concluded her sweet birthday wish by asking her daughter to enjoy her day and by stressing that no one deserved the celebration more than Beyonce herself.

Last year as well, she was given a special surprise by her friends who made a special tribute video for her, as reported by People.

The list of her friends who appeared in the video included famous names including Michelle Obama and Serena Williams. They arranged themselves in a formation to recreate Beyonce’s iconic look from her “Formation” music video.

Besides being a much-loved daughter, Beyonce is herself a doting mother of three – her eldest daughter, Blue Ivy, and the twins, Sir and Rumi. Recently, she was spotted sharing a cute moment with her children in behind-the-scenes footage of a Vogue video.
