Magic Johnson's son shocks everyone with dramatic hair transformation

26-year-old EJ Johnson unveiled the latest update to his hairstyle and it is looking drastically different to what he has adopted in the past.

NBA legend Magic Johnson’s son posted a selfie on Instagram flaunting his new blonde hair, which was styled in a lob cut and dramatic side part. ‘She can do both #teamthis,’ Johnson’s post was captioned.

The star made a drastic transformation from a shaved head look to adopt a long-haired blonde avatar, which has surprised many fans.

Although Johnson’s new look was unique and surprising, the fans of the star have become quite accustomed to his bold hair transformation, especially blond wigs.

According to People, he had a similar blond transformation of his hair while enjoying a night on the town dressed in a platinum bob as well as a black crop top and a matching Hermes Birkin bag.

In Halloween of 2017, the star experimented with several exciting and outrageous looks ranging from the disguise of Disney villain Cruella de Vil to Helen of Troy. The star unveiled other several series of different hairstyles.

The star also recently made headlines by breaking his silence on the sad demise of his best friend, Lyric McHenry, according to E News.

Almost two weeks after 26-year-old McHenry’s death due to a suspected drug overdose, Johnson commented about her death on Instagram to a fan.

In the comment, Johnson cleared up to the fan that he was not going to share any mourning post about McHenry’s death because he did not want to ‘reduce’ 25 years of friendship to one Instagram post.

Johnson also recently celebrated his birthday back in June. Amongst many well-wishers was his father, the famous NBA star, Michael Johnson, who took to Instagram to share a special message about his son.

The doting father posted two photographs of Johnson – one as a child and the other as an adult – and captioned it with a message for his son to always maintain his ‘authenticity, passion, and ambition.’
