Steve Harvey melts hearts with first photo of his newborn grandson

Steve Harvey is not just one of the world’s top TV personalities; he is also a devoted family man. The 61-year-old took to Instagram to share a photo of his family’s latest addition.

Swaddled in a footprint design blanket and an infant cap, the new baby Ezra was pictured asleep as his proud grandfather gushed:

“5th grandchild 3rd boy he’s the tie breaker lil EZRA is here..... so happy another HARVEY Boy ..... #familyiseverything”

The “Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man” author was referring to his current grandchildren- two boys, Noah and BJ, and two girls, Elle and Rose. Ezra, therefore, brings the number of his male grandchildren to three.

Steve’s followers trooped to the comment section to congratulate him on his family’s latest joy.

“Little sugar LIPS, just like him grandpa!!!! Precious little one!!” said, one user.

Another fan showered baby Ezra with prayers, saying:

“God bless this sweet baby, may he live a happy and healthy life.”

One follower went a step further to highlight the role of the “Family Feud” host as the patriarch of his family:

“And like my late father-in-law said: none of this would be unless he started it first. Please remember this, Mr Harvey, bc YOU started it all. BEST wishes on your new addition —- happy continued moments and memories await the Harveys”

Steve’s stepson Jason Harvey welcomed the infant on September six with his model wife, Amanda Harvey. Steve’s wife, Marjorie had taken to Instagram immediately after to announce the birth of their fifth grandchild.

She wrote:

“Welcome Ezra Nehemiah Harvey. Amanda and Ezra are both doing well. 7 pounds 12 ounces #blessed #grandson”

In April, Marjorie had been the one to reveal that Jason and Amanda were expecting a boy in a touching video.

“Our family is growing… Jason and Amanda are preparing to welcome a new baby in September. … It’s a boy!”

She shared.

Steve and Marjorie’s blended family is already one large, happy brood and they couldn’t be happier for their latest joy.
