Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina's hot performance amazed fans with it's frankness
Country stars Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina had their fans holding their breath during their intimate performance at the Academy of Country Music Awards.
A video uploaded to YouTube shows the pair performing their chart-topping duet, “What Ifs,” and closing in at the end of their performance as if they were going to share a kiss.

The country stars’ duet song was nominated for Vocal Event of the Year at the ACM Awards, which was held in Las Vegas on April 15, 2018. Once again, they showed off their incredible vocal skills and chemistry when they performed the song at the star-studded event.
“I love how he smiles throughout the performance showing how proud he is of Lauren. True friendship,” commented a fan on YouTube.
“They’ve known each other for a long-time! I was super excited when I heard they were going to duet together. But that tease at the end was so good. Performance of the night!” another fan wrote.
Yet another fan commented: “Lauren’s energy is incredible! Now every time I listen to the song I think of this performance. I love her!”
LONG-TIME FRIENDS
Kane and Lauren have known each other since they were 13 and 12, respectively. They both went to Lakeview Middle School in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.
Lauren rose to stardom after competing on American Idol, while Kane’s career took off after getting discovered on social media.
In an interview, Kane shared how he felt during the performance, particularly its ending.

“That was the first thing they told us,” Brown said. “They were just like, ‘This is how you end.' It was super awkward," he admitted.
The singer recently surprised everyone on the internet with his spectacular dance moves.
In a video he shared on social media, he can be seen dancing to the beats of Drake's mega-hit “In My Feelings” along with his fiancée, Katelyn Jae.
His video clip amassed over 1.6 million views in less than 24 hours and the number is increasing by the hour.
