Tiny puppy found left on the street with paws tied together

There are times when cruelty and indifference seem to have no limits, as in the case of this poor puppy that was abandoned.

According to a Mirror report, the little puppy was found inside a woman's wallet that someone left hanging on the door handle of a charity shop in London.

Apparently, the dog was left there very early in the morning along with a note that said "I found this puppy", however, nobody came to see who had left him in that place.

The poor little dog was shaking with cold and terror at having been left to his fate as if that were not enough, the little animal had an elastic band around its legs that was hurting him by cutting off the circulation of blood to the extremities.

The RSPCA looked for the dog and took it to its facilities to examine it and then put it up for adoption. There they could determine that the animal was in generally good physical condition despite the pain caused by the elastic band on its legs. Read more on our Twitter account @amomama_usa.

Rescuers immediately fell in love with the cute 8-week-old puppy and decided to call him Radley. Now it is up to the RSPCA investigator to find out who left little Radley abandoned and with his legs cruelly tied.

This little dog was lucky to find an organization like the RSPCA to look after him and find him a loving home. He deserves the best after all the suffering he has been through.

When the Hope for Paws organization went to find Holly and rescue her, the little dog was so scared that she didn’t stop shaking and growling all the time. It was evident that she didn’t trust anyone.

Although the rescuer was very exhausted, he managed to place her on his lap, without any resistance. It took a lot of effort, but he managed to become her friend.
