Grandma in absolute hysterics while reading children's book to baby (video)

A Scottish grandmother can't stop laughing as she reads her grandbaby a children's book.

Janice Clark is a dedicated grandmother and there is nothing she loves more than reading to her four-month-old grandson Archer.

On August 30, 2018, her daughter caught the two on video during a reading session and posted to Youtube/ The Scottish Granny where it went viral with over 900.000 views.

“Oh dear, how can anybody read this seriously,” says Clark. “This is going to kill me.”

A GIGGLING GRANNY TAKES THE INTERNET BY STORM

Clark was reading to her grandson from a 2009 children's book called "The Wonky Donkey" and she was so amused that she could hardly control herself.

Every time she read another line from the book about a very unusual and unfortunate donkey, she went off onto gales of laughter, to her tiny grandson's bemusement.

Thanks to Clark, the little-known children's book is now selling like hot cakes, and the publishers are printing up more to meet the demand.

THE HONKY TONKY WONKY DONKEY COMES FROM NEW ZEALAND

"The Wonky Donkey" was written by New Zealander Craig Smith, and is based on a song he wrote with the same name.

The song and the book tell the story of a three-legged (wonky) donkey, and as new details about the unfortunate animal are revealed, a new adjective is added to its name.

By the end of the book, Clark was in stitches over the “spunky, hanky-panky cranky stinky dinky lanky honky-tonky winky wonky donkey.”

Soon, thanks to Clark, many more grannies will be regaling their gran-kids with the funky tale of "The Wonky Donkey" and sharing delicious laughter with the happy tots.

A GRAN GIVES HER GRANDSON THE GIGGLES BY STEALING HIS PACIFIER

Yet another mom caught gran on camera playing the fool and having a giggle with her little grandson.

In the video, gran is cuddling her baby grandson, and oohing and aahing in the time-honored traditional fashion of Grandmas all over the world when the unexpected happened.

THE BABY DROPS THE PACIFIER AND GRAN DOES THE UNEXPECTED

The baby dropped his pacifier, and gran, instead of giving it back, puts it into her own mouth and pops it out again with a loud noise. The baby burst into laughter, laughing so hard at the peculiar sight that his little face glows bright red.

The hilarious clip shows the grandmother trying to duplicate the sound again and again, and the baby laughs harder and harder. The delightful video has had more than 300,000 views.
