Melania Trump dazzles in Ghana on the first leg of her African trip.

The First Lady of the United States of America Melania Trump is on her first official visit abroad on her own.

The First Lady is visiting four African countries where she will be working towards a project aimed at promoting nutrition in children, which is supported by funding from the US government's foreign aid organization, USAid.

According to BBC News, though Melania will be visiting Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, and Egypt as a goodwill ambassador for children's health and education, what is making headlines is her beautiful wardrobe.

FIRST LEG OF THE JOURNEY: GHANA

Melania Trump was greeted at the airport on her arrival in Ghana by traditional dancers and drummers, and Ghana's First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo.

Public reaction to the First Lady's presence has been low key, which is attributed to President Donald Trump's description of African nations as "shitholes" in February.

The First Daughter Ivanka Trump was seen recently wearing an outfit clearly influenced by her step-mothers low-key elegance.

Ivanka attended the UN General Assembly on September 25, 2018, and clearly channeled the suit Melania had worn to the same event in 2017.

Ivanka wore a double-breasted jacket and a pencil skirt. The grey jacket was beautifully tailored and was adorned with large black buttons for a sophisticated and polished look.
