Alan Jackson turns 60! Country star celebrates his birthday by sharing a cute baby photo

On October 17, country music legend Alan Jackson celebrated his 60th birthday. His official Instagram page celebrated the day in a special way.

An old black and white photo of the star was posted along with a much more recent one. In the caption, the star asked for birthday wishes to be posted in the comments section.

Alan Eugene Jackson is a country star who was born on October 17, 1958. His parents were Joseph Jackson and Ruth Musick Jackson.

The singer is a Newnan, Georgia native who started off his country music career in the late 1980s. The musician has since recorded 16 studio albums.

In 2001, he was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. His induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame occurred in 2017 and was done by Loretta Lynn.
