69-year-old lady is tired of her look, but after a radical makeover, she looks unrecognizable

Linda from Panama traveled all the way to the United States to get a new look. After "The Makeover Guy" got his hands on her, it turned out to be more than worth it.

Linda arrived in Minneapolis, Minnesota with one thing in mind: she wanted to "feel refreshed and have a great time." The saying "Look good, feel good," definitely applied here.

Christopher Hopkins, the famous makeover guru, uploaded the clip to YouTube. As she sat down, Linda appeared to have no makeup on. Her hair was a dark brunette. It was straight, but Linda said that her natural pattern is curly.

Seconds after we see Linda looking a bit worn, we see the big reveal. Linda looks like a totally different person. Her bubbly personality shone through as she described how she felt: "...refreshed, younger."

When asked if it was what she expected she said:

"More. More than I expected."

Linda's new blonde look featured voluminous curls that came down just below her ears. She wore silver hoop earrings. Her makeup gave her a natural look with some pop in her eyes.

The 69-year-old said she has not been blonde since her 20s. Linda had no reservations about the experience. She went in willing to let Hopkins take full control.

"I wasn't concerned at all. I was just ready for change and I love it."

Looking years younger, Linda was glowing after the change. See the stunning transformation below.

Another elderly lady sat in Hopkins' makeover chair back in 2017. Mary Johnsen, a 62-year-old from Minnesota was depressed for a long time.

She felt ugly after going through rough times. She had lost a few loved ones and stopped taking care of herself in her grief.

Her granddaughter tried to help. She explained:

"[My grandmother] doesn't really think that she's pretty and she is. And I just want her to be able to see that in herself."

Celebrity beautician Hopkins got to work. At the end of it, Johnsen was completely shocked. Sporting a short, brunette look, the woman and her granddaughter were blown away.

Johnsen later wrote a letter of appreciation to Hopkins saying she woke up and "liked what [she] was seeing." She said "that hasn't happened in a very long time."

"I walked into the salon not feeling very attractive, and walked out feeling pampered and pretty! You guys are fabulous!"
