Remember Tamera and Tia from 'Sister, Sister'? Here is how their children look
Tia and Tamera Mowry captivated the world in 1994 when they starred in the sitcom “Sister, Sister.” After that, they kept working in different projects, what made them stay in the limelight throughout the years.
TAMERA
In Tamera’s case, she has been married to Adam Housley since 2011. He used to work with Fox News Channel, what made people create a rumor about him being "racist."
His proud wife, however, took her time on “The Real,” the talk show she has been working as a host since 2013, to say that those speculations were fake, and that Adam loves her and her children (who are black) and respects every other black people.
Adam and Tamera have had two children so far, though the actress pointed out she was “done, done, done” with expanding her family. Their first son is Aden John Tanner Housley.
ADEN
Born on November 12, 2012, the boy has been attracting a lot of attention ever since he was born due to his beautiful blueish/greyish eyes and curly hair.
Apart from that, he is known for being very active, and Barack and Michelle Obama know it. In an interview that Tamera had with People back in 2016, she talked about the time her family visited the White House to meet then-POTUS and FLOTUS.
Even though Aden was next to two of the most influential people in the U.S. history, he was more interested in running around the rooms than being with the Obamas.
Tamera even said that it was just like if Aden had a lot of sugar for breakfast, which was not true.
ARIAH
Tamera’s second daughter is Ariah Talea Housley, born on July 1, 2015. One of the most memorable things “The Real” host said during the show about Ariah was that she prayed for her daughter to look just like her.
She shared some more details about her wish, saying that she wanted Ariah to have her skin, eye, and hair color.
Recently, Tamera uploaded a photo of the three-year-old girl heading to her first day of school. For the pic, Ariah was wearing white shoes, a blue striped dress, and a couple of blue bows in her hair.
TIA
Just like her sister, Tia is a married woman. She and actor Cory Hardrict tied the knot in 2008, eight years after meeting each other on the set of their movie “Hollywood Horror.”
Even though Tamera and Tia’s relationship has always been good, the latter revealed that their children have brought them together even more. Tia’s children are son Cree Taylor and daughter Cairo Tiahna.
CREE
The boy was born on June 28, 2011. When baby Cairo was born, Cree became Tia’s right hand when it comes to taking care of the baby, and the proud mother has posted some of those adorable moments on Instagram.
One of the most striking posts portrayed the boy feeding his then eight-week-old sister with a bottle while flashing his big smile at the camera.
Even before Cairo was born, Cree attracted a lot of attention with his long, curly hair.
However, he got a haircut in late-October 2017, and he has rocked a much shorter ‘do ever since.
CAIRO
Born on May 5, 2018, baby Cairo is the youngest member of the family. Soon after she was born, Tia revealed her full name, which has a beautiful meaning.
During a plane flight, Cory saw the letters “A,” “I,” and “R” in the sky, so he told Tia that their daughter’s name must include those letters. They ended up choosing Cairo, which also means “victorious.”
About the baby’s second name, Tiahna, the proud mother revealed that, apart from having her own name and meaning “follower of Christ,” it was the name of one of the first African princesses.
Even though it is still too early to speculate, it is fair to say that all four children have a bright future ahead given the fact that their parents have been related to the entertainment industry for a long time.
