Duchess Meghan changed from formal into casual for a cafe meeting during the royal tour

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are in New Zealand and met with local teenagers earlier today.

According to Kensington Palace's official Twitter account, the royal pair wanted to thank everyone that came to greet them in Wellington.

The also paid a visit to the Maranui Cafe, and Meghan could be seen wearing a chick suede trench coat with oversized lapels and bow detail on the cuffs.

The coat was designed by Karen Walker. Meghan paired the outfit with black Outland Denim jeans and Stuart Weitzman Veruka boots.

Unfortunately, the coat has already sold out, but a similar coat can be purchased from Club Monaco for £232.23, approximately $300.

She completed the look with a Jac and Jack turtleneck top and hair her was pulled back into a casual ponytail.

Earlier in the day, excited locals were gathered early to catch a glimpse of the royal couple as they made their way to Maranui Café.

Both Harry and Meghan passed on the coffee, with Meghan opting for a tea and Harry sticking to water while meeting with the local youth to discuss mental health projects operating in New Zealand.

Before leaving, Meghan arranged with the owner of Maranui to give their leftover cake to some of the students gathered outside the cafe.

During their trip to New Zealand, they also visited a national park and went on a trail walk. New Zealand is their last stop of the 16-day tour.

The couple met with Abel Tasman from the National Park and would end the visit with a tree-planting and a barbeque with some of the local students.

The couple will go to Auckland on October 30 and finish their tour with a visit to Rotorua on Wednesday, October 31 before returning to the UK.
