Meghan elaborated that because of her height at 5 ft 6 inches and long legs, certain clothing styles suit her better than others. With getting older the Duchess realized her method of choosing outfits changed and said:

“What I’m starting to learn is, even though things look amazing on the hanger, it doesn’t mean they’re going to look amazing on me. For example, I love Victoria Beckham dresses, but I don’t have the long torso to support that silhouette.”

The BBC documentary marking Prince Charles’ 70th birthday recently aired, and showed a side seldom seen of Prince Charles as Prince Harry remarked:

“It’s the things he does behind the scenes that people don’t know about. I don’t think people realize quite how kind he is.”

The situation prompting the comment from Prince Harry came after the last minute change in Prince Charles walking Meghan Markle down the aisle instead of her own father, Thomas Markle, who canceled his attendance shortly before the wedding.

Prince Harry spoke out about asking his father, Prince Charles to walk his bride down the aisle and said:

“I asked him to and I think he knew it was coming and he immediately said, ‘yes, of course, I’ll do whatever Megan needs and I’m here to support you. For him, that’s a fantastic opportunity to step up and be that support. And you know he’s our father so of course he’s gonna be there for us.”

Prince Charles walked Meghan down the aisle, a gesture the royals would cherish and also showed the kind side of Prince Charles who is also environmentally orientated.
