Benjamin Craig Matthews, 39, is being held on a $15,000 bail following his alleged harassment against the major news network. CBS News reports that he made several disturbing threats against at least one identified reporter.

The Baxter County Circuit Court released an affidavit. The offender has been charged with five felony counts of terrorist threatening, and 13 misdemeanor counts for making threats and harassing communications.

The affidavit states that Matthews also spoke to Representative Maxine Waters, Stormy Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Planned Parenthood, and the Washington Speakers Bureau.

In one of the calls, Matthews expressed he wanted to "kick the [expletive] out of" Don Lemon, CNN anchor. In a subsequent call the next day, Matthews said he would like to be connected to Lemon's "dead body hanging from a tree."

Matthews also mentioned "bloody pictures" of Lemon "cut up in small pieces, live the movie Saw."

He further asked for "pipe bombs for DL," presumably referring to Lemon. The reference follows the arrest of Cesar Sayoc who allegedly sent over a dozen pipe bombs to various critics of President Donald Trump. Among them were CNN contributors.

The investigators tracked the calls to Matthews then referred the case to the Arkansas Police Department. The accused appeared in court for the first time yesterday.

As early as August, another man called C-Span and made threats to shoot Brian Stelter. Stelter, a CNN reporter, share the audio clip on his segment at the time.

He defended himself saying he never called Trump supporters racist. The caller said, "[Brian Stelter] and Don Lemon don't even know us."

Meanwhile, Lemon is busy enjoying life behind the camera. He has a boyfriend and an adopted puppy.

Tim Malone, Lemon's boyfriend, shared a photo of the adorable pup which they had named Boomer. The couple went public when they shared a live kiss during CNN's New Year's Eve telecast.
