Drunken white woman goes on racist rant at black men outside a bar in viral video

Two black men were hanging out outside a bar in Kansas City when a drunken white woman called them the N-word. When they called her out, the woman started to spew a tirade of racial slurs at the men, who recorded the video and later shared it on social media.

A video of a drunk white woman verbally attacking two young African American men has gone viral and created outrage among netizens, as they tried to identify the woman to make her apologize for her actions.

WHAT WENT DOWN

Drake Lewis, a 21-year-old photographer, was taking some pics with a friend around a bar in Kansas City’s Power & Light District when they had an unpleasant encounter with a drunken woman. According to Lewis, they overheard the “lady” passing by and calling them the N-word.

Outraged, Lewis told the woman to stop saying such hateful things, and when she turned around, he started recording. Being called out only prompted the woman to launch a vile tirade of racist epithets against the young men.

“So yesterday me and my homie Sam were out taking photos in the power and light district via KCMO when we overheard this lady say ‘these [expletive N-word]’ when we walked by,” Lewis wrote on Twitter. “I told her not to say that, and then I started recording.”

The first part of the video shows the woman holding a phone to her ear while screaming at Lewis "It is what it is. I’m a white [expletive] cracker, you a caramel [N-word].”

Lewis and Sam were amused at first by the woman’s clear state of inebriation, telling her to go away and even laughing at her. But she didn’t stop her attack and kept on engaging in violent language, “You got a problem with this old woman, white [expletive] cracker? Get the [expletive] out of my face,” she said while getting closer to the men, trying to provoke them.

THE AFTERMATH

The video has earned over 233k reproductions on Twitter and even more on Lewis’ Facebook. Most of the commenters on both accounts asked Lewis how he could remain so calm and didn’t attack the woman, but he was level-headed about it, as he wrote:

“Think about how the situation would have been different if it went that way. That’s exactly what racist white people WANT us to do. And that is incorrect. We don’t use fire to fight fire. We use water.”

The photographer told the Kansas City Star that while the incident was random, his friend Sam was upset about it. The man is Samoan-American and has dealt with similar situations before, “He gets it [the N-word] all the time,” Lewis said.

According to the local news site, and now deleted comment under the Facebook video posted by Lewis, revealed that the still unidentified woman was fired from her job. Her employer, who asked to remain anonymous too, confirmed to The Star that the woman in the video lost her job because of her racist remarks.

A CONSTANT OCCURRENCE

This is just one of the many racial incidents that have taken place in the U.S this year. Just a few weeks ago, a woman accused a 9-year-old boy of sexual harassment, claiming that he had touched her butt.

However, after making a scandal, calling the cops, and scaring the boy, footage from surveillance cameras showed that the boy had accidentally brushed his backpack as he went out of a grocery store.

HARASSED AT AN AMUSEMENT PARK

And one of the most recent cases features a young black man being attacked by a white woman on an amusement park.

The man, who goes by the nickname of Honey Daniels, was spending a family day at Six Flag Great America near Chicago where he had an unpleasant face off with the woman.

A video of the man trying to walk away from the fight but being intercepted by the woman was shared by The Shade Room, causing anger among social media users.

Daniels explained that everything started when he decided to leave a rollercoaster line after realizing it was too long. He told The Shade Room:

“I was in the line because the line was so long, so I unfasted the chain to get out it, and she yelled at me like, “what are you doing? Put that back! That’s what’s wrong with the world now! Your kind is always messing something up.”

The woman followed him around, threatening not to leave him alone until he put the rope back.

In the clip, Daniels is seen standing in front of the woman and yelling “Bye! Bye!” repeatedly at her. The woman seems taken aback, but when he tries to walk away from her, she gets in his way one more time, which leads Daniels to keep yelling “bye” in her face.

“You’re what’s with wrong with the world today, people like you are so disrespectful,” she says in the clip.

Daniels revealed that even after he found his siblings and told them what happened, the woman kept following them and chastising them from afar.
