Kim Porter was found dead in her home just under a month ago. She had left her children in complete shock at her sudden death.

However, they are trying to stay strong and move forward. Her twin daughters recently celebrated their 12th birthday.

To mark the day, their brother Quincy Brown took to popular social media platform Instagram. He posted a picture of himself with his sisters.

Sean "Diddy" Combs, the girls' father, has also stepped up to the plate since Porter's death. He is doing the best he can to give his daughters some joy.

The rapper threw an epic '80s-themed roller skating birthday party for his twin daughters, Jessie James, and D'Lila Star. The birthday party took place at World on Wheels in Los Angeles on Friday.

The party was star-studded as expected with even Kim Kardashian West making an appearance. It came just before what would have been Porter's 47th birthday.

Porter and Diddy had dated on and off for decades. She was found dead on November 15 in her home in Los Angeles.

She was pronounced dead at the scene. However, the Los Angeles County Coroner listed her cause of death as "deferred" pending an additional investigation.

Thus the cause of her sudden death remains unknown. Her memorial service was held at Cascade Hills Church.

She was buried at Evergreen Memorial Gardens cemetery alongside her grandmother and mother. Quincy had taken to social media to thank everyone for their support and presence.

“To my family, friends, Qrew, entertainment colleagues and all of my family’s supporters… Thank you for your endless love, condolences, best wishes and positive energy through the toughest heartbreak I will ever encounter. Please know that your wishes of strength have united us as a family closer than ever. Heaven has gained a special angel to look over ALL of us. From the bottom of my heart….Thank Y’all ♥️Quincy,” wrote Brown.

The Porter, Goodwin, and Combs families also sent a public statement to The Associated Press on Friday that read, “God broke the mold when he made Kim, there was truly no other woman like her. Although her time here on earth was far too short, she lived a life full of purpose and meaning. She was a loving mother and devoted friend. She was the epitome of kindness and grace. There wasn’t a person she met who’s (whose) soul she did not touch. Kim was the type of woman who changed lives for the better,” they said. “She will be forever remembered and missed by so many. As her family, we promise to honor her every day of our lives. We love you always.”
