'Golden Girls' fans go crazy over this look-alike puppet set right before Christmas

“Golden Girls” is arguably one of the best-loved television shows of all time. The four main characters crept into the hearts of millions with their funny lines and true friendship. Now every fan can have their own copies of the fab four.

Earlier this year “Golden Girls” action figures were revealed at Comic-Con in San Diego, California. They are sold in a set of four containing all the main characters.

Now it is possible to have Blanche, Sophia, Rose, and Dorothy in one’s home all the time and not just when they are on television reruns of the show.

ACTION WOMEN

“Golden Girls” centers around four retired women living in Miami, Florida who have become friends. The comedy series shows the ups and downs of their lives as they navigate retirement.

The Emmy Award-winning series ran from 1985 to 1992. It was also awarded three Golden Globes.

The action figures are eight inches tall and sold in a window display box. They can be bought separately or in a set of four.

They will only be available for sale in 2019 but can be pre-ordered on Amazon.

THE LIGHT OF FRIENDSHIP

If the action figures aren’t enough to satisfy fans’ merchandise needs, there are also “Golden Girls” prayer candles on the market.

They are sold in a set of four and each candle has a different main character on it, depicted as a saint.

The candles are available on Etsy for $44 and reportedly burn for 100 hours.
