The Duke of York took to Instagram to share a black and white photograph taken back in 1964, which was also used as the royal Christmas card that same year.

The snapshot was taken following the birth of Prince Edward and it features the newborn prince in Queen Elizabeth’s arms. Sitting beside them is Prince Philip, who is lovingly glancing at young Prince Edward.

Their other children, including Prince Andrew, who was just four years old at the time, Prince Charles, and Prince Anne surround the proud parents.
