The husband and wife team revealed that they preferred “family onesies” instead of ugly Christmas sweaters.

Retired NHL player Mike Fisher and his pregnant country singer wife Carrie Underwood wore coordinating outfits on Christmas Eve. The couple's son, Isaiah, 3, was also included in the Instagram picture.

The group posed in front of a Christmas tree, with their dogs, Ace and Penny. Everyone, including the canines, wore red onesies for the occasion.

Her son was seen cuddling with her with his head resting on her stomach. She captioned the image:

"I’m thanking the Lord tonight for His Son while I cuddle with mine. Watching Christmas movies with him while he uses my big belly as a pillow. Sweet ending to another great Christmas. Merry Christmas to all of you, from my family to yours!"

Over the summer, the country musician announced that she was pregnant. She revealed during the CMA Awards in November that she was expecting another baby boy.

Backstage at the event, she shared: “[I’m] just so thankful … to find out Isaiah’s gonna have a baby brother. It was just great news. We’re excited.” Underwood has never confirmed when exactly the child would come.

However, one of her tourmates spilled the beans for her at the CMA Awards. Taylor Dye of Maddie & Tae revealed that Underwood was due in January next year.

Dye added, “And we’ve already offered to babysit.”

On December 20, the singer gave her fans a glimpse at her growing baby bump. In an Instagram video, Underwood gave a sneak peek at her middle as she promoted her Dick’s Sporting Goods line, Calia by Carrie Underwood.
