Meghan Markle spots a familiar face in the crowd during Christmas walk and reacts with hugs

Meghan Markle has fans from both of her lives; her career as an actress and her new life as the Duchess of Sussex. However, one fan seems to have stayed faithful to her through all of this.

A 17-year-old girl, Jessica Daniels, from Peterborough, followed the Duchess on Instagram years ago and they often messaged each other on the platform.

On Christmas day Jessica was at the front of the crowd outside Sandringham holding up a sign with her Instagram username on it.

DREAM COME TRUE

Meghan recognized Jessica’s Instagram name and went over to greet her. The two hugged and the touching moment was captured by photographers.

Jessica is a fan of the television show “Suits” which the Duchess used to act in. Initially, Jessica followed her on Instagram because of her role in the show, but then started seeing all her humanitarian work.

Jessica is not the only fan that the Duchess messages online. There are a group of girls with whom Meghan often interacts via social media. Jessica said the following about finally meeting her:

“This is the first time I've met her, she just said "It's so lovely to meet you, incredible to finally see you" and she was asking how we all are and if we're still talking and supporting each other.”

CRADLING CRITICISM

Meghan made a surprise appearance at the British Fashion Awards this year. She wore a stunning black one shoulder floor length Givenchy gown.

The Duchess presented Givenchy with the British Womenswear Designer of the Year award. While she was presenting the award people noticed that she cradled her baby bump.

This received mixed reactions, with some people being excited for the upcoming baby and some telling her to stop holding her baby bump.

A ROYAL CHRISTMAS

On Christmas day the Duchess wore a navy blue Victoria Beckham coat which is worth thousands of pounds.

This was Meghan's first official church service since her marriage to Prince Harry, now the Duke of Sussex, earlier this year.

She was seen alongside Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, which dispelled the rumors that they are experiencing a rift.
