Drew Scott turns his home into a life-sized gingerbread house straight from a Christmas fairytale
Drew Scott and his better half Linda Phan transformed their home into a human-scale gingerbread house for Christmas.
The 40-year-old TV personality, who got married to Linda a few months back, took to Instagram recently to share a photo of their new Los Angeles home.
Drew met Linda during a Toronto Fashion Week event in 2010. They became engaged in December 2016. They tied the knot in a destination wedding in Italy in May 2018.
"Home Sweet Home," he wrote. "Linda and I spent our first Christmas as a married couple at home! And nothing is sweeter than sharing it with family."
Drew continued: "(Wishing the ENTIRE fam was here but thank goodness for FaceTime). Hope everyone had a safe and happy day filled with love!"
Their newlywed abode, as can be seen in the picture, has a scalloped light design on the rooftop that resembles icing. There's additionally candy canes lining the front yard, and fake peppermints enhancing the exterior.
The incredible display also included a cupcake stand operated by a gingerbread man, two giant toy warriors framing the front door, a bakery sign on the bay window and red “icing” embellishments framing the windows.
The couple, who are both workaholics, moved to their Los Angeles home in October 2017.

After the wedding, Drew posted an Instagram photo of him and Linda with the caption "This is love! #JustMarried #MyWife #LindaAndDrewSayIDo."
The couple's big day, which was incorporated elements of their respective Scottish and Chinese heritages, was the subject of a show called "Drew and Linda Say I Do," which was aired on June 2, 2018, on TLC and gave viewers an inside look of the romantic week.
"Linda is the most amazing woman I have ever met and I wanted to write a song to truly express how much I love her," Drew told TLC.
His brother Jonathan Scott couldn't hold back his tears during his best man speech. "Of the billions of people in the world, how did you find this person who jives so well with you? Because you really jive with each other," he said.
"I have not been so fortunate in love, however, I love the fact that you found each other," Jonathan continued. "You will have highs and you will have lows, but always give each other the benefit of the doubt."
Drew and Jonathan, who were born in Vancouver, are identical twins. They are the founders of Scott Brothers Global. They hosted the hit shows, "Property Brothers," "Brother vs Brother" and "Property Brothers at Home."
