Mary J. Blige flaunts her sun-kissed body in a bikini as she celebrates her birthday with girlfriends.

Mary J. Blige just turned 48 and living her best life as we speak. The singer recently shared photos of her bikini-clad body hanging out at the beach.

BEACH BABE ON HER BIRTHDAY

Blige who turned a year older in January 11 showed off her fit body dressed in a two-piece swimsuit with a violet animal print design. She highlighted her curves posing with one hand on her hip in one of the photos she shared. She likewise flaunted her sun-kissed body sitting on a rock and directing her face to the sun to capture all its glory.

The singer who finalized her divorce from her husband Martin Isaacs in June spent her beach birthday with girlfriends. She shared a photo of their party-of-twelve standing by the ocean.

She captioned the series, “LIVING MY BEST [EXPLETIVE] LIFE!” and added a birthday cake emoji.

HER HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Blige’s swimsuit body is a result of a healthy diet and regular workouts. She opened up about this last year. She told Shape her exercise involves a lot of cardio routines which include outdoor running, an activity she claims gives her the best results.

“I try to log six to eight miles a week. I could be in the worst mood, but when I do my cardio I feel much, much better.”

Following the death of Whitney Houston in 2012, Blige quit drinking. The late star’s passing was a wake-up call for her which proved to be beneficial with the exceptional body and aura she now exudes.
