Star singer and dancer, Jennifer Lopez, reaffirms the extent of her beauty in people's eyes as she goes makeup free in a new post on Instagram.
On January 18, the gorgeous mother of two shared a cute messy-bun photo while striking a sexy pose that flaunted her effortlessly flawless complexion.
Revealing that she was ditching makeup for the day, the On The Floor singer also explained to her 85.2 million followers that she was skipping using a filter and was going back to showing the world her real self.
Accessorized with gold hoop earrings and a dazzling necklace that spelled out “Jennifer,” Lopez used few hashtags to reiterate the main reason for posting her no makeup snap.
She wrote #nofilterFriday, #nomakeupday, #lovemeasIam and added three butterfly emojis.
The singer’s fans were apparently in ecstasy, admiring her new all-natural glow, despite being used to seeing the actress all glammed up for red carpets and stage events.
As expected, the comments section was filled with sweet words and praise for Jennifer from millions of well-wishers. They were so amazed by her stunning beauty.
“Don’t need makeup, stunning without,” - one fan commented.
Another commented that the star is a “natural beauty.”
A third comment read:
“True beauty from out and in.”
The post has garnered over 2.3 million likes. If nothing else, the suave bare-faced selfie indeed affirms, through Lopez’s attractive looks, that her skincare routine works.
In the past, the "Second Act" star has been pretty open about all the hard work and dedication she's put into keeping it young and beautiful.
During Jennifer's 49th birthday, the mother of two shared an image that showed off her flat stomach.
In an interview in 2016, Lopez duly admitted that looking great and sticking to her beauty and fitness routine is “hard work.”
She revealed that sleeping and resting a lot is one of her biggest beauty secrets, adding that:
“I always try to get as much sleep as I can so that I can start the day well rested and do my morning meditation and affirmations. I never go to bed without taking my makeup off, [and I use] night creams to keep my skin hydrated, every single day. You have to protect your skin.”
The result is evident.
